Born and raised in the Midlands of South Carolina, Erika Glover is proud to plant her southern roots in Nashville!
Erika comes to us from the palm trees of sunny, south Florida. She worked as a general assignment reporter and multimedia journalist for three years at WTVJ in Miami. WTVJ was the second step in Erika's professional career. She came to Miami by way of Hazard, Kentucky. It was in “Coal Country” Kentucky, that Erika first began honing her anchoring and reporting skills.
Erika graduated with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and minor in international studies from Pennsylvania State University in 2008. That experience gave her the knowledge and work ethic necessary to thrive in locations as varied as Ghana, Eastern Kentucky, Miami, and now—Music City!
When Erika isn’t busy exploring everything Tennessee has to offer, she can be found volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters or training for her next marathon! Most importantly—she’s working for you. Which means constantly searching for stories that impact our communities and the people within them. Don’t be shy, send her an email with your great idea!
