Amanda Chin is thrilled to join the team in Nashville. She spent the last two years in Syracuse, NY as an MMJ/Reporter and Weekend Fill-In Anchor for CNY Central (WSTM/WSTQ/WTVH).

In Syracuse, Amanda covered New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s visits to Syracuse during the COVID-19 pandemic, Former Vice President Mike Pence’s visit to Fort Drum, the affordable housing crisis, and weather coverage during Syracuse’s infamous snowstorms! She’s grateful to have been a voice for the community and to have held Central New York leaders accountable. She was a part of the team that won an Edward R. Murrow “Overall Excellence” Award for news coverage in 2020.

During her free time, Amanda loves to discover new restaurants, shop, spend time with friends and family, and explore the sights and sounds of any city she’s in! As a country music fan, Amanda is excited to be in Music City and experience the lively scene. She’s honored to call Nashville home.
