Nashville Sounds tie record with 15 game winning streak

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The 2018 Nashville Sounds baseball team will join the 1999 club in the record books after completing a 15 game win streak.

The streak was broken on Wednesday following a 3-1 loss to the Round Rock Express at First Tennessee Park.

The streak ties the longest in franchise history and saw the team hold a .323 average with runners in scoring position. The Sounds are currently in second place in the American Southern Division with a record of 66-56.
