The Dunlap Police Department (DPD) have arrested and charged a man with burglary and resisting arrest - and officers say he was wearing quite the marauder's outfit.

Police arrested Knoxville native Brian Francis Zielinski (alias Captain Jack Sparrow) on Poplar Street in Dunlap shortly before midnight Saturday night.

Sequatchie County Jail Captain Justin Higdon says when Zielinski was taken into custody, he was wearing a black pirate hat, a black vest, brown jacket, and red gloves and boots.

Higdon says that Zielinski is a member of the Hell's Angels gang. (A person claiming to represent the Hell's Angels called NewsChannel 9's newsroom to say that is not true).

Zielinski's court date for the burglary and resisting arrest charges is October 10th.
