Woman killed during Middle Tennessee storms identified
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) --The woman killed during last night's storm in Christiana has been identified as Angie Walker.
According to WGNS radio, Walker was married to station president Scott Walker and was just 10 days from her 42nd birthday.
In a post on the station page, WGNS states "The family would like to thank the community for their love and support during this tragic time."
The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-2 tornado with up to 135 mph winds hit the area overnight.
FOX 17 News and WGNS have a working relationship and everyone at the station extends their condolences to the Walker family.
