The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has arrested a 19-year-old man accused of sexual exploitation of a minor.

An investigation conducted by special agents in the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force has resulted in the arrest of Joshua Munoz on June 6.

The TBI received a tip from National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in May indicating that child sexual abuse material was being offered for trade on an online platform. The TBI secured a search warrant and executed that warrant along with officers from the Medina Police Department in the 100 block of Stonecreek Lane in Medina on Monday.

Munoz was charged with one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently at the Gibson County Jail. No bond has been set at this time.
