RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn.--Multiple fire crews and police responded to a house fire on Tuesday after a vehicle ignited inside the garage.

Rutherford County Fire Rescue, Christiana Volunteer Fire Department, Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services, Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency, and Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office all responded to the fire at a home on Round Rock Drive.

Lt. Andy Haston says there was extensive damage not only in the garage but in the kitchen and living room of the home. However, Lt. Haston said a majority of personal property was recoverable since the bedrooms were not hit by the blaze. No injuries were associated with the fire.
