Two arrested after taking drugs, passing out with children present in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. —
Two people were arrested on Thursday for child endangerment.
According to a Metro Police affidavit, two females saw two children crying outside of a vehicle when they discovered a man and a woman passed out in the front seat.
When police and fire were called to the scene, the two were unconscious and barely breathing. Paramedics had to give to the man, Ernest Biggs, ten doses of narcan and he woke up. Six doses were given to the woman, Teasha Biggs. She did not immediately wake up and was taken to Skyline Medical Center.
Ernest Biggs admitted to shooting drugs with children in the car. A syringe was also found in the vehicle.
Youth services were notified.
Both have been charged.
