A Tennessee subdivision will host its first Parade of Tiny Homes next month.
The Retreat at Water's Edge will be open to the public Saturday, September 7 through Friday, September 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, according to a press release.
The Parade will feature 11 unique fully furnished tiny hmes, including three designer cottages by Berkshire Hathaway.
Donations at the gate will benefit Make-A-Wish kids in Tennessee.
Parks will also be holding a private sales event for registered buyers on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15 following the Parade.
The Retreat at Water's Edge is located at 13875 US 41 in Tracy City.
The facility, which is Oakstone Land & Capital's first tiny home community, features a 95-acre lake, a two-mile walking trail, two fishing docks, a canoe and kayak dock, a covered community space on the water available for private gatherings, a saltwater pool, pavilion and fire pits and relaxation stations throughout the community.
