Suspect captured in illegal killing of Tennessee elk which was part of research study

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is offering a $2,00 reward for information leading to the conviction of a person or people who illegally killed an elk on a wildlife management area last week (PHOTO: Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency).
