Sam Hunt's two-day, multi-genre music festival in Nashville is canceled.

The Nashional Festival was planned for April 20-21 at Bicentennial Capitol Mall. Sam Hunt was planned to headline both nights alongside artist like Judah & the Lion, Fetty Wap, Brothers Osborne, LANY and more.

The festival website said it was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

"Although disappointed to share this news, we hope to find a future date to continue the prospect of a multi genre, inclusive festival for the city of Nashville," the statement said.

No additional information was given about the cancellation.

The festival described itself as "a unique two-day event that highlights the inclusive, diverse, and genre-blurring landscape of music today." Hunt previously said he was inspired to create the festival while on his '15 in a 13' tour last summer.

People who already purchased tickets should have received an e-mail about the cancellation. They should look for a refund from their point of purchase, according to the Nashional's website.
