Police looking for Fifth Third Bank robbery suspect

Metro Police are looking for a man who robbed a Fifth Third Bank on Thursday.

The robbery happened Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the 1311 Bell Road branch when a man walked in and passed a note demanding $100 and $50 bills.

Police report the man to have been in his late teens or early 20s wearing denim jeans with a striped t-shirt.

The man fled after receiving an unknown amount of money.

South Precinct officers and the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force are asking anyone that recognizes this man to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463 for a cash reward.
