The National Weather Service confirmed two EF-1 tornadoes touched down in middle Tennessee during Wednesday's severe weather.

According the NWS, a tornado touched down in Warren County south of McMinnville. One person was injured as this tornado destroyed the mobile home she was living in. The woman told Fox17 she was lucky to be alive as she was inside the home at the time of the tornado.

A second tornado, called an anticyclonic tornado, touched down in Bedford County just south of Shelbyville. A viewer sent in video of the tornado as is ripped through Shelbyville near their ranch.

According to SkyWatch 17 Meteorlogist Katy Morgan, an anticyclonic tornado means it was spinning in the opposite direction. Morgan said a tornado spinning clockwise is not very common.

The NWS said it will investigate the damage further in Bedford County because the tornado was so rare in it's motion and damage path.
