NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A new app in Nashville is aiming to make returning purchases easier by picking up, processing and sending back shopping returns.
ReturnQueen officially launched in Music City on Tuesday, joining other cities like Charlotte, N.C. and New York.
According to a news release, ReturnQueen is an "an on-demand service that picks up, processes, and sends back all your shopping returns." This includes printing labels, packing up items, waiting in line, driving to the post office and handling receipts.
ReturnQueen mentioned big companies, like Oracle and Amazon, investing in Nashville.
"This is a key time for a thriving city and a place where we naturally need to bring our services to quickly," says Melissa Sprich, VP of Growth. "Besides real estate and the strong economy, the rich southern comfort culture of their music and arts, entertainment offerings, growing food scene, and move to more of a cosmopolitan city makes this location spot-on for our services."
There are now 3,031 zip codes in the U.S. available to use ReturnQueen's app.
