UPDATE: (3/26/21)

The Nashville Electric Service reports at least 61 broken power poles across Music City as severe storms and tornado warnings moved through the Midstate on Thursday.

At one point, more than 11,500 NES customers were in the dark. As of 7 p.m. Friday, 1,522 customers are still without power.

The power company says they'll continue to work until every customer's electricity is restored, but they're respectfully keeping the safety of their crews a priority. They were able to repair 15 poles overnight.
