1:45 p.m. UPDATE: President Trump has landed in Nashville. Road closures are now in effect.

Monday afternoon and evening commuters may want to find alternate ways around Nashville as President Donald Trump's visit will be impacting the area.

President Trump is slated to speak at the Farm Bureau Convention at Gaylord Opryland Resort.

He's scheduled to arrive at Berry Field aboard Air Force One on Monday afternoon.

Several road closures will be in effect as the President makes his way to the convention.

It’s an arrival which will also bring out protesters near Opryland, where Trump will speak to more than 5,000 farmers and ranchers about the issues facing rural America. In a media release Monday, officials said President Trump is expected to talk about the tax bill.

Rep. Diane Black tweeted that she will be alongside President Trump at the convention.
