Nashville police, fire respond to forklift accident which injured worker

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Metro Nashville Police and the Nashville Fire Department are on scene of an industrial accident on Metroplex Drive.

Police say a forklift rolled back the fell over and crushed a worker's leg. The incident took place at 475 Metroplex Drive.

Crews say the worker has been transported to a trauma center for treatment. The worker was driving the forklift off the ramp of a trailer when the trailer ramp buckled and forklift fell over with the worker still in it.
