Nashville officials call for feedback from residents on Dickerson Pike improvements

Dickerson Pike

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The City of Nashville is making long term plans for improvements on Dickerson Pike and officials are calling for feedback from residents.

In a meeting at 6 pm at the East Metro Police Precinct on Thursday, officials are asking residents for feedback on what they want to see in the community.

Just a few miles from downtown and Nissan Stadium, the area has seen many businesses and structures go vacant. In an effort to revitalize the area, city officials are seeking input on street improvements, ease of use for walkers and bikers, parks & greenspace, and new construction.

City officials and residents believe the area could be the site of Nashville's next big boom.
