SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Tennessee distillery just south of Nashville has been named the world's longest bar by Guinness World Records.
The whiskey distillery, Humble Baron, opened Thursday welcoming crowds of people eager to grab a seat for its grand opening.
The Guinness World Records stopped by the distillery Thursday, and measured the 518-foot bar. Officials confirmed that the bar beat a 25-year record at 123.7 meters.
The bar circles the entertainment venue's indoor stage where there are 17 stations featuring on tap, crafted cocktails made from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.
The distillery is located about an hour drive south of Nashville in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
The venue, located at Nearest Green Distillery, has a capacity to host more than 15,000 guests for live music events with an indoor and outdoor stage.
