Nashville felon found with cocaine, heroin, loaded 9mm pistol

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Metro Nashville Police have arrested a convicted felon after he was found with cocaine and a 9mm pistol.

Police say 28-year-old Courtney Jordan was again arrested on a felony probation violation warrant at his place of employment. When officers searched his car, they found 5 grams of cocaine, 2.3 grams of heroin, and a loaded 9mm pistol.

Jordan was free on bond for a New Year's Day arrest at James Cayce homes where he was charged with cocaine possession and being in possession of a handgun reported stolen out of Logan County, Kentucky. Jordan also has four other felony drug convictions since 2014.

He is now being held in the Davidson County Jail on $75,000 bond.
