MT. JULIET, Tenn. -- A Mexican restaurant in Mt. Juliet is burglarized overnight and two men arrested are being looked into as suspects in other restaurant burglaries.

Police arrived to a burglary-in-progress at the to the Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant just after midnight Saturday to find the suspects leaving the scene. A chase ensued, which ended on Nolensville Road and Thompson Lane in south Nashville when the suspects crashed into an occupied mini van.

Arrested after the crash were two Nashville men, 31-year-old Jimmy Galindo, a wanted felon with more than 19 charges across four counties; and 31-year-old Donnie Meadows. Police say they were in a stolen vehicle.

Both men have extensive criminal records, including burglary and theft. Police say they may be possible suspects in other Mexican restaurant burglaries in middle Tennessee that were actively being investigated.

Police say an officer received a minor injury during the apprehension, and that it was not related to an assault. It is unknown if the occupants of the mini van sustained any injuries.

Galindo and Meadows are booked into the Wilson County Jail on multiple charges.
