Metro Nashville Police identified a body found in the Cumberland River as a missing Hendersonville woman.

Kelly Stone was reported missing in June 2016 after leaving her daughter's home in Orlinda.

Stone's body was found Thursday inside her submerged vehicle in the Cumberland River near Neelys Bend Road in Nashville. The vehicle was found while the Nashville Fire Department was doing training which involved diving, officials confirmed to Fox 17 News.

Metro Police Spokesman Don Aaron's Office said there was no indication of foul play at the scene of recovery. The manner of Stone's death is unknown at this time. Her official cause of death will be determined after a medical examiner's autopsy.
