Metro Nashville Police ask for help identifying suspects in deadly Burger King robbery
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Metro Nashville Police are asking for assistance identifying two accomplices and a vehicle used during a fatal Burger King robbery on Monday.
A manager was shot and critically wounded when three masked suspects entered the 2104 Gallatin Pike location during a robbery attempt.
The manager, identified as Maurice Farris, struggled with one of the armed suspects. Farris was struck by the gunfire but so was 18-year-old suspect Kenneth Jernigan, who died from his injuries.
Police have now released photos of the two accomplices and the getaway vehicle. Police are asking for anyone with information on the robbery and anyone knowing with whom Jernigan was recently associating with to call police.
