Man shot during attempted robbery at Hermitage apartment complex

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Metro Nashville Police Department is searching for a shooting suspect after a man was shot in Hermitage Thursday night.

Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 5600 block of Old Hickory Boulevard to investigate reports of a shooting.

The shooting appears to have stemmed from an attempted robbery with one male victim, Metro Police say.
