NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — UPDATE:
Metro Police are continuing to investigate the murder of Kevin Stewart, but they now believe the fatal shots were from a black Audi SUV.
Police say there were actually two black SUV's in the IHOP parking lot off of Target Drive in Antioch Friday morning. The other vehicle is to believed to be the Jeep.
The people in the Jeep met with detectives and are now considered witnesses, according to a news release from Nashville Police.
Police tell FOX 17 News that they believe when Stewart and friends were leaving IHOP, that the Audi pulled up and opened fire. The persons in the Audi were recorded by surveillance video placing a to-go order at the restaurant.

Metro Police say the people wanted for questioning in Friday morning's murder of Kevin Stewart met with detectives and claimed they were not involved.
Metro PD said the investigating is ongoing.
Metro Police are trying to identify people believed to be involved in the shooting death of a man stemming from an argument at IHOP.
Kevin Stewart, 32, was murdered early Friday morning at the intersection of Target Drive and Cane Ridge Road around 3 a.m., police said.
Police said Stewart and several friends were leaving the IHOP parking lot on Target Drive when a black Jeep SUV pulled alongside their car.
Stewart apparently got out of the vehicle and talking with people in the SUV when someone in that vehicle opened fire. He died in the roadway.
