Cookeville Police: Man charged in deadly hit and run of motorcyclist

A man was been arrested in the deadly hit and run of a motorcyclist in Cookeville.

Phillip Frady, 32, of Bloomington Springs was killed in the crash on Monday on West Broad Street.

On Thursday, Cookeville officers arrested 63-year-old Harold Eugene Conley for leaving the scene of the crash, driving on a revoked license and violation of financial responsibility compliance.

Police said evidence, witness information and incriminating statements led to Conley's arrest.

He's being held on a $12,500.00 bond.
