Drill turns into real lockdown after rumored threat at Metro school, all clear given
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —
UPDATE: The all clear has been given after a rumored threat at Hillwood High in Nashville.
Metro Schools confirms that students were participating in a lockdown drill when the rumored threat started to make its rounds, and the drill turned into a real lockdown.
The school has since been deemed safe. Students will be dismissed at 2:05 p.m.
Hillwood High School in Nashville is on lockdown Friday afternoon due to a "rumored threat."
Metro Schools confirmed the information to FOX 17 News just before 1:30 p.m.
The rumored threat is being investigated and students are on lockdown until everything is deemed safe.
