NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A first of it's kind Chick-fil-A restaurant opens in downtown Nashville Wednesday.

The 1622 Church Street location will be dedicated to mobile delivery, catering, and even boast a food truck which will deploy each day around town and visit outlying areas where a Chick-fil-A is not present. The restaurant will be paying attention to their Facebook page, where consumers can make requests for where they want the truck to stop.

The location will also be open for walk-in service, though cash won't be accepted since everything is mobile-based and the location will be filling the big orders for other local Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Mobile delivery will also be available from the location through third-party services like Doordash.

Grand Opening Trainer Amanda Clayton says freshness will be key at the location, boasting a machine which can squeeze fresh lemons for their lemonade and chicken breasts which are actually opened up, dipped in flour, then cooked. Clayton says the location will be one of the highest volume capacity productions among Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide.
