NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Doris Young, who runs the voting precinct at Haywood Elementary loves the political process.
"I have a passion for it, have since I was a child," Young said.
That's why she and 159 other precinct officers spent their Sundays picking up election day supplies at the Davidson County Election Commission's warehouse.
"This is what you see today,"Young said. "But the preparation has really been going on for months."

The commission is preparing for what could be record crowds at polling locations on Super Tuesday.
"We have trained and will send out over 16 hundred poll officials to staff locations," said Nancy DeKalb, commission spokesperson. "That's more than we've had working locations before."
The first presidential primary for the democrats since 2004 and the GOP's crowded field could bring in record numbers.
"Tennessee is one of those states voting on Super Tuesday so I just think there's a lot of excitement out there," DeKalb said.
