A house in East Nashville collapsed on Tuesday.
A neighbor sent FOX 17 News footage of the house collapsing from a Nest video.
The house is located at 1000 block of Sharpe Avenue.
The Nashville Fire Department reports that no one lives in the house.
A representative for LV Homes noticed that the house was wobbling and called for everyone to get out.
The house reportedly collapsed 30 seconds after it was evacuated.
No one was trapped inside.
