Ford Ice Center offering curling sessions

SMASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — You can now the sport of curling in Smashville.

Ford Ice Center said its offering sessions through March 12.

Right now, the arena is offering two types of sessions at the Ford Ice Center:

Drop-In Curling

• $25 per person, per session
• Perfect for family and friends to get a feel for the games
• Standard rules & regulations explained
• Equipment provided at no additional cost
• Team uniforms or costumes encouraged
• 16 players are welcome during Drop-In session
• Athletic footwear required

Curling Private Rental

• $500 per session
• Ideal for large groups
• Standard rules & regulations explained
• All equipment provided at no additional cost
• Team uniforms or costumes encouraged
• Up to 20 people per rental or curling lane
• Athletic footwear required
