If you’ve been to downtown Nashville for a Preds game recently, you may have noticed the artwork of Olasubomi Aka-Bashorun.

“Ola” recently painted pictures of the Preds’ defenseman P.K. Subban and goalie Pekka Rinne which have been gaining attention on social media.

From Nigeria, Ola came to U.S. as kid and grew up on Oklahoma. After college, Ola flipped a coin to decide where to live and Nashville won the coin toss. He’s been here five years and become a Preds fan.

Ola said he worked with an elementary school in Brentwood and one student, who’s a Preds superfan, has been choosing the players for Ola to paint outside Bridgestone.

Ola’s next Preds painting will feature Roman Josi.
