Arizona man wanted for molestation of child arrested in Tennessee
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) has arrested an Arizona man wanted on two counts of molestation of a child following a brief chase on Wednesday.
The THP reports Trooper Jason Boles was patrolling I-24 in Chattanooga when he stopped a vehicle for multiple traffic violation.
Although the vehicle briefly stopped in a parking lot, the driver fled at a high rate of speed, starting a brief chase. The vehicle left the roadway and crashed, allowing troopers to arrest the four occupants of the vehicle.
The driver was identified as 30-year-old Bradley Gaines of Phoenix, Arizona. Gaines was found to have warrants for his arrest for two counts molestation of a child. In addition, Gaines faces charges in Tennessee now for felony evading, reckless driving, three counts aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, driving without a license, impersonation, and other offenses.
