Nashville Boat Show docked for the weekend
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Nashville Boat Show is taking place at the Music City Center all weekend.
There are more than 300 boats on display at this year's event. All boaters can find something they like, including fishing, water sports and paddle boats.
Former Miami Dolphin and MTSU football player, Kendall Newson, will be on-site teaching a kids’ fishing clinic on behalf of his Teach a Child to Fish Foundation. Fishing legend Joey Monteleone will teach his own class and offer tips. Professional wake boarders will also be on-hand.
Attendees can learn from top mariners from the Annapolis School of Seamanship. There will be Boater Education Class Certification with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency taking place through Saturday.
The Nashville Boat Show runs through 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday.
