Video from inside a loft in downtown Nashville shows the moment an intentional RV explosion went off.

Aaron Trevethan and Tiffany Trevethan provided FOX 17 News video from the Exchange Lofts at 309 Church Street.

Thankfully they were out of town.

Multiple people in buildings downtown report feeling shakes.

The call came in at about 6:30 a.m. Christmas morning outside 166 2nd Avenue North, about a block away from Broadway. The area is closed right now, police say. '
