Record Cold Tonight

Temperatures will plummet overnight into the single digits for many folks around middle Tennessee.  In fact, we’re forecasting a record low in Nashville overnight.  Wind chills will be as low as 5 below zero. Tune in to FOX 17 This Morning starting early on Friday at 4am.

Almanac

Snow has moved out and look for decreasing clouds for the remainder of the day. Snow totals vary from 12-15" in Stewart, Trigg and Christian Counties to almost nothing south of Rutherford County.  The metro area of Nashville picked up between 2" to 4" of sleet and snow. 

Unfortunately, the cold weather will hang around for a few days so expect hazardous travel for the remainder of the week.  Temperatures on Friday morning will dip into the single digits.
