FLORIDA - Florida health officials say swine flu anxiety is tapering off.

The state hotline is receiving just 300 calls a day.. compared to a high of 1100 last week.

Florida's Surgeon General believes the mild nature of the flu may be the reason.

According to the Centers For Disease Control... There have been 896 confirmed cases of swine flu in 41 states.

Two deaths have been reported.

One, a young child from Mexico, who was in Texas when he died.
