FIRST ON FOX:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Five months after a man is shot in the head in north Nashville, and just days after an arrest warrant is issued for murder, one suspect is arrested.

Metro police have 21-year-old Antonio Porter in custody as of this morning for the death of 21-year-old Justin Roake on March 15 on Ellington Parkway. According to the police report, shots were fired at Roake's vehicle and he was hit in the head and died at the scene.

Roake's passenger reportedly fired a pistol in the air while pulling out of the Mag Market on Dickerson Pike, where the suspects are alleged to have also been, according to the affidavit. A reckless vehicular back-and-forth between the two led up to the shooting.

An indictment for Porter and the other suspect, 27-year-old Barry Moore, were issued two days ago. Moore's whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
