NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Metro Codes inspectors say problems with a home on 24th Avenue North are getting worse instead of better. Property Owner, Constance Pryor was in Environmental Court Wednesday to respond to citations issued by the Codes Department for junk and trash outside the home. Pryor says the tenants she's been trying to evict are responsible for the condition of the property. This week inspectors condemned the home after finding it had no electricity or running water. An attorney for the tenants says they plan to be out of the home by Friday. The Codes Department will reinspect the property after they move out. Pryor says volunteers have agreed to help her save the home and clean up the property.
