Freeze Warning, Cumberland Plateau Advisory

Winter-like conditions will be possible for middle Tennessee this weekend. A freeze warning is in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will drop to around the freezing mark in Nashville and upper 20s outside the metro area. Saturday night will be even colder with temperatures dropping as low as the mid-20s outside the metro. Breezy NW winds will add to the chill. In addition to the cold, rain showers along the Cumberland Plateau will change over to light snow overnight.

Suspects Use Gun with Laser to Hold-up Mt. Juliet Market

MT. JULIET, Tenn. --  Three men rob a Mt. Juliet market.

Nick's Market on Lebanon Road is robbed just after 6 p.m. Monday by three men, according to police. They say two men armed with a handgun with a laser robbed the store's owner of an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, as one man drove the getaway car.

There are no injuries.

Surveillance video did capture the incident.

The first suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s with a muscular build, wearing a yellow t-shirt and blue jeans. He has long 'dread-style' hair that was in a pony tail. The second suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s with a heavy-set build, wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans. He has short buzzed hair. There is no description of the third suspect.

The getaway car is described as a dark-colored, early 2000s model Buick Rendezvous.
