MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - A judge has agreed to set bond for the woman accused in a deadly hit and run crash. Tina Wilson wiped away tears during a preliminary hearing in Murfreesboro. She's accused of killing a thirteen year old boy scout and injuring his mother after they stopped to change a tire on I-24 in Rutherford County. On Friday a truck driver testified that he saw Wilson leave the scene after her car hit a stranded motorist. She was eventually arrested by State Troopers who found her waiting at a local pain clinic. Officers testified that she failed a field sobriety test and admitted to being involved in the crash. After hearing evidence in the preliminary hearing the case was bound over to a Grand Jury. Bond for Tina Wilson was set at $250,000.
