NASHVILLE, Tenn. - These days Robbie Bruce is working as a server at a local restaurant. For months he's been under investigation accused of taking thousands of dollars from a charity he co-founded. The "26-4-26 charity was created to help victims of the Sandy Hook School Shooting in Newtown, Connecticut. Marathon runners ran a mile for each of the 26 shooting victims raising $100,000. The charity folded shortly after Bruce and $70,000 from the organization disappeared. Bruce has resurfaced by the investigation into the missing money continues. Bruce is now facing a new round of legal problems. A woman he fathered a child with 8 years ago claims that Bruce owes thousands of dollars in back child support. She's now filing a petition to have Bruce's parental rights terminated.
