Man Allows Hyena To Eat Body Parts For Money

Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.

According to the Times of Zambia, a man who was promised riches by a witch-doctor lost three toes and his genitals after he stood in the brush naked and was attacked by a hyena.

Chamangeni Zulu of Njenjewa Village was hoping to become rich, so he consulted his witch-doctor who in turn instructed him to "sacrifice parts of his body" if he wanted riches. Zulu complied and walked into the brush naked. He says a hyena came up to him and started eating his toes and "eventually my manhood was eaten."

Zulu was found by police and taken to a hospital where he is reportedly in stable condition. Still, Zulu tells the Times he is looking at the bright side. Even if I have lost some important parts of my body, I still want to get rich.
