The couple, along with four other children, had been evicted an earlier date.

Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor said in a press conference on Wednesday that the boys remains were found in a toy chest in an attached structure outside the home. According to reports, the couple forced the child to sleep in that structure.

A neighbor, Miguel Rabago, said, They never went out in the day, you never saw the adults. They moved in at 3 in the morning. Everything they did they did at night or 2 or 3 in the morning. It was really kind of weird.
