The 1:10 p.m. call described the suspicious man as wearing a hat and gloves and carrying a backpack.

Officers Jason Baber and Brian Allen arrived to the home, just as Raymond Charles Shyloski, 33, of Robertson Avenue, was allegedly coming out of the house. When Shyloski saw police, he reportedly went back into the home and locked the door.

The release said officers instructed Shyloski to come out, and he complied. Shyloski is said to have admitted having gone through the homeowners prescription medication.

Shyloski was charged with aggravated burglary and possession of burglary tools. His bond was set at $12,000.
