A teenager shot and killed in January--was it an accident, or not? The family of 15-year old Kevin Barbee is outraged at the court system. They believe their son's accused killer may be getting off the hook. 17-year old Kaemon Robinson is charged with shooting 15-year-old Kevin Barbee. Robinson's court appearance Thursday was rescheduled for a fourth time. Barbee's family expressed its frustration at the Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.

The shooting was widely believed to be an accident but Thursday night the victim's parents spoke out, claiming to have new information, leading them to believe their son was murdered.

"A witness came forward and said there was an altercation minutes before my son was murdered" said Barbee's mother Alicia Mahdi. "Everyone in the neighborhood knows they were not friends. They were not friends" said Barbee's father Kedrin Barbee.

Barbee's parents believe the fight started over a girl. They're upset with the way their son's case is being handled and they want Robinson to be tried as an adult. Robinson is charged with felony criminal homicide and possession of a gun. Robinson is due back in court Monday afternoon.
