Freeze Warning, Cumberland Plateau Advisory

Winter-like conditions will be possible for middle Tennessee this weekend. A freeze warning is in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will drop to around the freezing mark in Nashville and upper 20s outside the metro area. Saturday night will be even colder with temperatures dropping as low as the mid-20s outside the metro. Breezy NW winds will add to the chill. In addition to the cold, rain showers along the Cumberland Plateau will change over to light snow overnight.

  There are lots of free options for you. First off, Daffodil Day in Bell Buckle Saturday 3/15.  They're offering free gardening and honey/bee keeping seminars.
   Also, free guided hiking tours at all of our 54 state parks. This is March 22.
   Finally, if you need a teeth cleaning, but can't afford it, you can head on over to Remington College for complimentary service.  The service is free through March on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Here's a link to make an appointment.
