WAVERLY, Tenn. -- A man attempting to solicit sex from a juvenile is behind bars.

The Humphreys County Sheriff's Office says 32-year-old Timothy Parker of Hickman County sent explicit messages to a juvenile girl through Facebook using an untraceable "burn phone."  A second victim came forward from Hickman County regarding a similar incident involving the same suspect.

Parker was picked up Wednesday by Hickman County detectives. He is currently in the Williamson County jail on an unrelated charge. He now faces charges of solicitation of a person under 18 years of age and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Police say Parker sent text messages to random numbers. There was no hacking of phones or targeting of individuals.

According to the release by police, Parker admitted to similar incidents in Hickman involving adult females. Police believe there are other victims who haven't come forward.
