Washington, DC--President Obama releases his 2015 budget and it's already drawing fire. The budget comes in at nearly four trillion dollars.

The spending plans raises taxes on the wealthy and gives tax breaks to poor and middle-class Americans. The budget includes more than $55 billion in new spending and expands job training and access to preschool.

Tennessee congressman Diane Black is on the House Budget Committee.  She says , " I think it is immoral to continue to add programs when we don't evaluate whether those programs are truly helping."

The president's budget also calls for big cuts in military spending as the U-S moves away from fighting wars on multiple fronts.

As Fox 17 National correspondent Kristine Frazao shows us, the battle lines are already drawn.
