FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Ashley Judd breaks her silence Wednesday about the police report she filed in Franklin last month.

Judd wrote in a blog post, "the issue at hand is the illegal violation of my privacy in that a tracking device was secretly and unlawfully placed on my vehicle."

In November, the current owner of Judd's old Mini Cooper took it in to the Quick Muffler's car shop where mechanics found a GPS tracking device.

In the police report, she accused her sister, Wynonna Judd, of spying on her. Ashley Judd blames the media for blowing the case out of proportion.

Police received a tip on November 11th that Deputy Chief Mike Jordan allegedly leaked confidential details about the case.

Jordan was suspended the next day.
